Customers’ attention is now very high and Plasti-Max knows it well: there is no business without ethics and the creation of shared value. However, the right attention to the customer can only be recognized when these values are intrinsic in an internal company policy, which knows how to harmonize economic objectives with social ones, aimed at preserving the environmental heritage but above all the social and human one.
So, in 2004 Plasti-Max decided to finance the construction of a nursery.
On the quiet hill of Grumello del Monte, surrounded by greenery, was built a capable nursery school for up to 40 children, which in addition to providing a very important service previously absent to the whole community, has allowed the company workers to continue to work freely, knowing they can leave their babies in a structure dedicated and attentive to their growth.
